At Finity, our mission is simple: to simplify the back office and connect the dots. With speed, simplicity, and usability at the core of everything we do, our goal is to make processes faster, easier, and more efficient for everyone involved.

George Bendle, our Product Lead, and Vez Maxwell, our Senior UX Designer, have teamed up to share their take on how we’re building Finity with you in mind.

Tackling complexity head-on

George: “My career in back office operations has shown me how complex and frustrating these systems can be – particularly when it comes to something as straightforward as paying a temporary worker. That’s where Finity comes in.

“We set out to untangle these complexities, making back office processes seamless and intuitive.”

Listening, innovating, and staying ahead

George: “Innovation is key to what we do. That’s why we keep in regular contact with our clients, collecting feedback from people using Finity every day. This input helps us refine features, fix pain points, and stay ahead of industry trends.

“We’ve also assembled a team of industry experts to ensure that our roadmap stays forward-thinking. With so many exciting features planned for 2025 and beyond, we’re building a product that’s ready to grow and evolve with our customers’ needs.”

Designing with users in mind

Vez: “From the very start, design thinking – or what we call a customer-first approach – has been at the heart of everything we do. Every decision we make is about solving real problems for our users.

“We approached the design of Finity through a collaborative and iterative process. From wireframes to the final product, it was all about creating a platform that feels intuitive and effortless to use. If our users can jump into Finity and get what they need done without feeling lost or stuck, we know we’ve done our job.”

Collaboration that drives results

Vez: “The journey to creating Finity has been a team effort in every sense of the word. We worked closely with Sam’s sales team and Michael’s customer success team to make sure we weren’t just designing a product but solving real challenges for our users.

“Sales brought us valuable insights into what customers need, while customer success helped us see where other systems were falling short. This collaboration meant that every feature and design choice was grounded in real-world experience.”

Built for simplicity, speed, and connection

George: “Finity’s mission is clear: to simplify the back office and make processes faster and more efficient. With features that prioritise usability and a design that puts the user first, Finity isn’t just a product – it’s a better way of working.

“We’re building tools that work as hard as you do. Whether it’s ensuring temp workers are paid quickly or making complex workflows feel simple, every feature is designed to make your life easier.”

Vez: “And the work doesn’t stop here. We’ll keep listening, iterating, and improving to make sure Finity continues to deliver value and solve the problems that matter most to you.”
