With a track record in optimising complex systems, he provides executive oversight and compliance guidance to help drive efficiency, reduce risk, and support sustainable growth.

Ruby specialises in strategic talent and people solutions for scale-ups across industries, eliminating the need for high recruitment costs by restructuring people processes and elevating employer brands. Having worked in recruitment for over ten years, she discovered the need for aligning a person’s individual values with the values of the businesses they work for as the cornerstone of any successful recruitment.

Marlon ensures every Finity client has a seamless onboarding and support experience. He leads our customer success teams across APAC, ensuring we go above and beyond our high standards for exceptional customer service.
Marlon has an extensive IT support background, with over 14 years of experience supporting technical enquiries.
Fun fact: Marlon has a degree in Computer Engineering, achieved at Southern Luzon State University.
Development Lead

Kurtis is our Development Lead, known for his sharp focus on process improvement, particularly in automating tasks to save time, reduce costs, and eliminate inefficiencies.
Since completing his undergraduate degree at Manchester Metropolitan University, Kurtis has successfully delivered software projects across a variety of sectors, including finance, retail, customer service, and market research, which even took him to Canada.
Fun Fact: Passionate about DevSecOps, Kurtis helped reduce a client’s multi-million-pound e-commerce site deployments from 24 hours to just 60 minutes.
Senior UX Designer

As Product Design Lead, Vez is responsible for making sure Finity stays easy to use and visually engaging.
Working closely with the product team, Vez ensures a strategic, design led approach across features, products, and the business as a whole. She’s driven by a customer-centric mindset to deliver a tip top experience for the end user.
Fun fact: Vez has a cavapoo called Mango, and proudly wears a t-shirt with him on it on our team meetings!

Catherine has been with us since we were Codatech, playing a pivotal role in shaping and bringing the Finity brand vision to life. With a sharp eye for detail, Catherine collaborates across departments to ensure that our promises are consistently reflected in every product, service, and client interaction.
Catherine oversees everything from strategic planning to tactical execution across various marketing channels. If you’ve seen anything from Finity – whether online or in print – chances are, she’s behind it.
Fun fact: Catherine lives right next to the Peak District, so you’ll often find her there on the weekends, exploring the great outdoors.

As Product Owner, it’s George’s role to execute our product strategy to deliver innovative features that make it easier than ever for our clients to keep their temp workers paid.
George brings with him over 3 years at EdenGroup (now WorkWell) and 5 years of experience at Omnia Outsourcing, giving him hands-on exposure to recruitment back office systems and a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face.
Fun fact: George is a keen mixologist – his favourite blend is mixed with tequila.

Fun fact: Sam is an artist whose work has been featured in charity campaigns, demonstrating his eye for detail and care for his community.

As our Head of Engineering, Rob leads our development team and collaborates across departments to ensure new products and features are delivered to the best possible standard.
With over two decades of experience, Rob has been an integral part of our team since the development of the earliest version of our platform in 2018. He began his career as a software developer in 2007, but before that, he was freelancing, creating his own products and building SaaS solutions.
Fun fact: When not coordinating software teams, Rob is likely knee-deep in a side project – right now, exploring the wild world of AI. With a background in music and tech, he loves blending creativity with code and sharing ‘aha!’ moments with anyone curious enough to listen!

Mick is our Head of Ops, with a straightforward mission: to create efficient procedures that keep the business running smoothly, directly enhancing the service we offer to our clients.
Mick, a certified AgilePM® Practitioner, has been practicing professional project management, design and engineering for 10 years now, having studied Product Design as an undergraduate followed by completion of an MBA at Lancaster University.
Fun fact: Mick owns more parachutes than pairs of shoes!

As Head of Customer Success at Finity, Michael’s mission is simple: to deliver exceptional service and ensure every client gets the most out of our solutions. When you join us as a Finity client, you’ll likely meet Michael along the way.
Since joining us in 2020, Michael has been a key player in shaping our customer experience. His ITIL v4, MCTS, and MCSA certifications back his expertise, but it’s his client-first approach that truly sets him apart.
Fun fact: Michael loves dogs and owns 3 of them (who often make an appearance on our team meetings!).

With over 15 years of experience in enterprise-grade software development, Lee ensures our tech stays ahead of the curve, delivering seamless, scalable platforms for our clients. Today, he oversees our Engineering team and is on our exec board, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of recruitment and payroll challenges.
Before co-founding Codatech (now Finity) with long-time friend and fellow engineer Rudi Visser, Lee honed his skills working closely with recruitment businesses, developing innovative tech to tackle industry pain points.
Fun fact: Lee and Rudi built one of the first ever personalised card platforms, using cutting edge technology back when everyone else was still using ‘Flash’ player. These new technologies have since become the industry standard.

As our CEO, Varun Monteiro leads Finity with a clear vision: to make us the go-to name in recruitment fintech.
Before joining us, initially as a senior consultant, Varun was one of the majority owners at a recruitment payroll firm, and after overseeing a strong period of accelerated growth, he exited in January 2020. He’s also an ACCA-certified accountant, angel investor, and a trusted advisor for scaling fintech companies.
Fun fact: Varun is a tennis enthusiast who’s never missed a Wimbledon final (on TV, at least).

As CSO, Luke works across every department, delivering long-term strategic planning to make Finity a better business for our clients, today and in future.
Luke joined us in 2020, bringing operational and commercial expertise along with a dedicated team of developers to boost our engineering capabilities. With current board experience in a number of thriving tech companies, he’s skilled in providing strategic guidance to help Finity scale and innovate.
Fun fact: Luke is a board member at TechSkills and The University of Salford to educate and support students in their tech careers.
