Finity is accredited by Good Business Charter

At Finity, we believe in making business better for everyone in the supply chain. Financial unity is at the heart of everything we do – ensuring fairness, responsibility, and integrity in all aspects of business. That’s why we’re proud to announce that Finity is now accredited by the Good Business Charter (GBC).
What is the Good Business Charter?
The Good Business Charter is a UK accreditation that recognises organisations committed to responsible business practices. To be accredited, businesses must meet all ten commitments:
1. Real Living Wage
We pay all directly-employed staff the real living wage and ensure our regularly contracted staff are paid fairly, in line with the Living Wage Foundation’s guidance.
2. Fairer Hours and Contracts
We take a responsible approach to contracts, ensuring that shift scheduling and cancellation policies are fair and that guaranteed hours are considered where possible.
3. Employee Well-being
Supporting our team’s well-being is a priority. We have clear, fair policies in place to promote a healthy work-life balance, and no one is penalised for legitimate sickness.
4. Employee Representation
We believe in open dialogue and ensuring every voice is heard. We actively engage with our team, encourage feedback, and provide fair representation at all levels of the business.
5. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. By monitoring and analysing our EDI data, we take proactive steps to drive meaningful change and tackle discrimination.
6. Environmental Responsibility
We take our environmental impact seriously. With a clear policy in place, we continuously look for ways to improve sustainability across our business operations.
7. Pay Fair Tax
We are transparent in our tax affairs, paying the correct amount and avoiding tax avoidance schemes. We maintain an honest and responsible approach in our relationship with HMRC.
8. Commitment to Customers
We hold ourselves accountable for delivering a first-class experience for our customers. We regularly gather and review feedback to uphold our high standards and clearly communicate our commitments.
9. Ethical Sourcing
Integrity is central to how we do business. We follow the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code and conduct continuous due diligence to ensure our suppliers uphold ethical standards.
10. Prompt Payment to Suppliers
We pay our suppliers on time and have signed the government’s Prompt Payment Code, ensuring fairness extends throughout our supply chain.
Why this matters to us
The GBC takes an all-or-nothing approach where businesses must meet all ten commitments, ensuring full transparency and credibility.
At Finity, we believe in doing things the right way. Our platform ensures temporary workers are paid accurately, on time, and with ease – and we hold ourselves to the same high standard. This accreditation reinforces our commitment to fairness and accountability for our employees, customers, and partners.
Encouraging responsible business
We encourage other organisations to join the movement for better business standards, because ethical, responsible practices benefit people, planet, and profit.
We’re proud to continue championing fairness, transparency, and financial unity in the industry.
